Nurturing a heart for God
Your kids will love our children’s ministry. We believe in an active, hands-on approach to learning with children. We sing, dance and laugh a whole lot whilst teaching our children about God. In fact, they might just have as much fun as we do!
Most of our volunteers are parents themselves and we thus partner together to guide and nurture a heart for God in our kids.
It’s a safe space to leave your kids and, if they miss you too much, we’ll call you straight away.
Although we follow a curriculum from Age 4 to Grade 5, we tweak our lessons to apply to current life issues.
Sign-in opens 9:10am and closes at 9:30am.
Parent Lounge
For moms and dads with babies 0-12months old.
A live feed of the service ensure you’re as good as inside the service.
Baby changing facility and coffee/tea is available.
Private section for Moms who need to breastfeed.
Toddlers (6-24months)
This is your first introduction to Kidz Zone; a feeder from the Parent Lounge. Babies need to be able to sit independently to join this class, but parents are also welcome to stay and play with us. Mom, please pack a snack.
Age 2-3years
We do a short lesson with the kids and then they can freely play. Please bring a snack.
Age 4-5years
Kids do a pre-activity from our curriculum, we sing and read a bible story. Please bring a snack.
Grade R
Kids do a pre-activity from our curriculum, we sing and read a bible story. We also memorize a Bible verse together. Please bring a snack.
Grade 1 & 2
Please bring your Bible. We do a lesson from our curriculum, sing and memorize a Bible verse together. A snack is welcome.
Grade 3, 4 & 5
Kids join the praise and worship in the church service and then enjoy a prepared lesson from our curriculum. Please bring your Bible.
Pre-Teens (Grade 6 & 7)
Our Pre-Teens are a diverse, curious and fun group of kids who are excited to learn about God and live life to the full! During the year we get to know and love God more, use the Bible to prepare us for the teenage years and the spiritual adventures that come with them – and have lots of fun doing it!
